In Canada, as part of the decriminalization on Marijuanna any paraphernalia is subject to seizure and destruction. Be thankfull you do not live in the states where you would now have a record and 5 years up north.

Yeah, the actual illegality of it was struck down, than a token gesture to the states of "its still illegal" was installed before GWB has a heart attack. You get either a) tickets or b) destruction of the marijuana (stomp and roll it out on the curb) and destruction of paraphernalia. If your going to smoke pot in public, do it with something you don't mind loosing, save the expensive shit for in home.

All they have to do it run chemical analysis on any residue in the smoking device and you're busted for drug paraphenalia and even posession.

Granted, most of us in the US don't know Canadian dope laws, but IMO, a doper is a doper, and hopefully, the local version of an Attorney General will opt to charge you with the maximum allowed under Canadian law for the posession of such tools and maybe even stretch it to criminal trespass since you were engaging in illegal activities...

That's why I got a "trespassing" becuase it was on the side of some dirt road with all the windows rolled up in my friends' suv... I don't get why you guys choose to use your own moral compasses to persecute me.
I'm not a bad person because I choose to smoke marijuana.
I do not smoke it every day for the record, I do it on the weekend. Why did I buy the device? Because I don't want to inhale smoke and hurt my body.
You can argue about THC and how it "hurts your body" but I'm not here to argue positions on the use of a drug and its active compound. I am just trying to make safer decisions. If buying a 700 dollar machine ensures that no carbon monoxide/dioxide is in my lungs, like it is with smoking joints (I didn't smoke the joint), then I will buy it. It's a safer alternative.
