If it's by Western Union, make sure you physically have the money in your hand before shipping. Once that occurs, there is no way for you to be scammed.

Do not rely on an e-mail saying that they have funds for you to pick up. Physically go and pick up the money first.

A Western Union cash transfer is irrevocable..no risk that I could think of. Just might not want to put a real return address on the package..

I shipped a $250 item to Europe once after being paid through Western Union. I took the transaction number over to the local currency exchange where they deal with Western Union, they handed me the exact value in cash, and I sent the item. No problems. And if there were problems, he can't undo the transaction.

As long as he pays first and you collect I don't see a problem. But make sure to test it before you send it!

Western Union is usually totally safe since you're receiving the funds first.
How would he troll you, unless you are dumb enough to ship prior to verifying/picking up the cash at the western union location.

shipping on a vid card via USPS shouldnt be more than $10 from what i recall.
forget what they call it. small packet, or parcel post, or lettermail. something like that. usually <1kg with total dimensions under 40" (i forget this?) worldwide is about $10ish

i couldnt remember so i checked USPS. "airmail letter post"
L x W x H must be under 32".. a vid card should fit into that
1lb 8oz is $13
2lb is $16.xx
