pft. It'll get stolen first. Thank you for helping me locate another easy joyride.

Who the hell is going to take an Integra with 200k miles? AND it's stock? You'll have to get through my alarm, the club (yes it can be cut), and my autolock (can't be cut...unless you have a plasma torch and like several hours).

Someone with a flatbed can take damn near any car in a few minutes. And then they'll have all the time in the world to disarm your other silly systems.

I'd like to see them try when I activate my LoJack.

It will get stolen. My dad bought his 89 Integra GS after it had been stolen and stripped. It has been stolen twice since he bought it, even though it isn't exactly a pretty car (it doesn't get cleaned inside or out all that often)

I am sure she will go another 100k, but first you will have to replace the alternator, various hoses and belts, new suspsension and tons of other repairs. The engine may last that long but alot of other stuff on the car probably will not.

Sounds like you are spending more on security than the car is worth.

You're showing your age, or lack thereof.

Fuels used to come in leaded and unleaded. Putting the wrong type in a car generally led to Bad Stuff (TM), therefore there were big honkin' stickers everywhere.

I think we need to start with those again for "Regular Only" so the simplest answer to Johnny Riceboy pumping 93 octane into his Civic is to just bash his head off the steering wheel and point to the words behind it.

qft

Thanks jndietz.

i'm sorry but numbers usually don't lie. its the top stolen car in the US just keep an eye on it for us (and for your car!)

The people that steal the Integra are going for the souped up GSR engines.

The car still worth about $3,750 according to Kelley Blue Book.

If you can get me a flatbed and sign a contract saying you won't prosecute, I'll do it

Security systems are great against random car thieves, but totally f'ing worthless against people who know electronics.
