I just found out one of my brothers friends ordered the Vaio from them, they told him it should take a month. If he actually gets it I think I'll also order one.

If it was legitimate woudln't there be atleast a little good news coming out of this instead of, still waiting and, wow he sounded like a nice guy on the phone. Damn I hope you guys get your laptops, but if you don't, jeepers how could that have ever happened?

Amex is unlike other credit cards. They treat their customers alot better. I have already called them adn asked them about Paypal. To them, Its as if I PAID PAYPAL and Paypal was to forward the money and I need to get my product. I f I don't get it , its fraud.

Um.. I ordered 7 laptops from GPS.. If I don't get them.. I say we band together and destroy GPS along with that annoying hoe that you get when you call. She is so stupid and can't do a damn thing.

I bitched her out twice before she finally handed me over to a customer sales lady. She E-mailed me stating the dates of which I would receive my laptops. The first one was supposed to ship on I think the 2nd of this month.. or the 4th of this month.. and then on the 6th and then on the 9th.. It's the 14th and I haven't received a damn thing. I am calling them tomorrow and pulling marsial law on these bit*h*s. I E-Mail that terry holmes.. NOTHING... I E-Mailed the customer service back asking for tracking numbers and NOTHING. They said in their E-mail to me that if I needed anyting else to feel free E-Mailing back. Well they should of also said in the E-mail

Feel Free to E-Mail us back you sorry SOB customer. But you won't get a damn reply back.

If I receive anything from them I will let you know. I will also let you guys know of my conversation with them tomorrow. I will try to record it as well. I would like to catch them in the act and see if I can't take them to court or get them shut down.. or even sue them for personal loss and or some other BS that makes this country great.

As it turns out GPS's little scam is 40 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. I got the scheduled delivery dates from their customer service in an E-Mail about a week ago. I just realized this little trick.

I am going to talk to them today.

They have paypal, CCnow, Yahoo checkout services. Why do they need three? Do you ever wonder why we don't see more birds fall dead out of the sky?

As I stated in my earlier post I ordered one of these laptops on Nov. 30 (I figured at this price it was worth the risk). On Dec. 26 I had not recieved the laptop so I E-Mailed them and the replyed saying it was due to ship Monday (Dec. 31). On January 15 I had not recieved it yet so I called them a couple times, I only got recordings so I left messages, I also E-mailed them several times. They didnt reply to anything. So I contacted Ohio Attorney general and filled out a consumer complaint form. I then contacted Visa (The card I used to purchase the laptop) and refused the charge due to non-delivery (Ive been told by Visa that all credit card companys have this protection because of online fraud). They had me E-Mail them all correspondence I had with GPS. They then credited my account the $500 back. If I recieve the laptop within thirty days from complaint theyll charge my account then, if I still havent recieved the laptop they will take over and it will be their problem. They know that this has went through paypal and it makes no difference. Hope this helps anyone that might have tried this possible scorching deal. :|

O...K... You guys knew that the chances of getting your laptops were slim to none and you saw all the complaints on resellerratings.com and the BBB site and heard horror stories through word of mouth... And yet you guys STILL ordered? And as if it didn't stop there... You guys ordered MORE THAN ONE laptop?! "7 laptops" SEVEN laptops... O...k... Wouldn't it have been wise to order just ONE laptop to begin with instead of several? Looks like you guys just cracked some rotten eggs and put them into your baskets :Q
