Graphics issues

I just built my first PC.

AMD FX 8350
Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0
Corsair Vengenance 1600MHz
Zotac Nvidia GT 730 1GB DDR5
Benq RL2455HM monitor 60Hz

I installed Starcraft II HotS and Counterstrike GO. Both the games can max out with these specs but I am facing graphics issues. The games are not smooth.

I am facing issues with HD playback as well. This is an image from the Avengers Age of Ultron trailer on Youtube.

I have the latest drivers for all the hardware on the system.

It's obvious something's wrong. Please help.

your graphics card is at the low end of the current cards so it won't be able to run most games at full detail smoothly. Try lowering a few options like Anti Aliasing.

As for Utube, if you change the quality, sometimes you have to keep it playing until the picture clears up. Is it this exact link?

Yes, that's the link. I let the video play all the way before I went back for the screenshot.

Lowering options don't help either. Looking at the font on the trailer, it doesn't look like a problem with just the games. Even the trailer video is slightly choppy. It is something you would get with older drivers. The font's a bit better after I re-installed the drivers, but nowhere near where it should be.

Btw, I noticed something else too. The fonts have shadows on some websites, especially my work website. When I scroll up or down, I see two fonts, the original and a shadow in white.
