Graphics rendering to music

Does anyone have an idea on how to make a graphic or still image move with the beat of music? Or, is there any programs out there that do this?

I'm not sure if I understand your question. If you want graphics to move in time to MP3s, I know Winamp has several plugins that show cool animations and stuff. I think they work with CD music too. Go to www.winamp.com, and check out their plugins section. Hope this helps.
