no can do anymore man! my girlfriend thinks its a dumb idea, and im going to listen to her because if i dont, she'll be pissed. and whens shes pissed, she wont give me money, which sucks because i need money to buy candy at school. sometimes bean and cheese burritos with the green ranchero sacuse at taco bell too, because on my campus, we have taco bell, carls jr, and a mini pizza hut which is really cool.

concerning the coupon,

ill see if i can scan the coupon and email it to ya. i dont have a scanner yet, but i do have a 24hr kinkos near blockbuster. ill make an attempt tommorow.

It's not Great Clips that's the problem, it's individual stylists on crack, or the trainees.

How much to tip? Give 'em $5 if you like the cut... sure, it's 100% tip, but they DID do same work as a $30 stylist if the cut turned out good.

They have a new store here in town and they are running a $2.99 promotion. If I didn't already get what little hair I have left cut for free I would run right in.

Last time I went to great clips, and I asked the "stylist" how she was doing, and she proceeded to tell her entire (sad) life story while she was cutting my hair. Single mom, husband in jail, three kids, tatoos on her hand, and cigarette breath. Good haircut though, but not worth the agony.

Sometimes you can get a great cheap cut at the local beauty school, some "nice" young ladies there, and luckily I haven't gotten stuck with that "one" guy in their who you really don't want in your personal space.

any of you guys (or girls, but mostly guys) tip the hari cutter chick? i never did... didn't even think about it... but saw someone do it last time and, now i'm not sure if its required (ala a waitress tipp) or optional (ala the piano guy at the resteraunt). ideas?

I generally tip. As little as $1 and as much as $4 (for a $10-12 haircut). If it's an awesome cut, it's worth an extra $4. Plus it generally works out to be $15 exactly that way
