Gibson while i think your probably right. I have heard nothing but good about zappos. I have never ordered from them personally but i heard their service is second to none. Ive heard they will even let you return your shoes after you have ran with them if you don't like them (of course ive never tried this) but the fact remains that zappos price is very high (thats why ive never ordered from them. In general when i can't find a good deal i will order from holabird sports and generally save a little more than $20 over zappos. They have always been fast in shipping and ive never had one problem with them. Ok back to zippos. For example the shoes i want, asics nimbus 9, sell for $123.95 at zappos. I got them for less than $80. This is an EASY choice for me. They might take a few days to ship out but i don't care because in no big hurry but to each his own i guess.

Just a FYI that you may find useful...

Zappo's will price match darn near anything on the web provided they have the same (same size, same color, etc.) product. This sometimes includes coupons that apply at competitive sites. Most of my purchases from Zappo's have been PM's.
The easiest way is to phone and guide them through the other webpage and any discount codes or coupons that apply.

My preferred method however is to use the live chat feature. Order the item at full price and then after checkout hit the live chat button and send them a link to the competitive site.
Their credit has arrived on my CC statement a couple of lines ahead of the charges a few times.
I prefer this method because of FW restrictions that say you loose your CashBack (currently 6%, sometimes as high as 14%) if you contact them by phone.

I have gotten 2 pairs of Razrwire Bluetooth Oakleys (for less than $70 each), a couple of pairs of shoes for me and a couple of pairs of shoes for my lady doing this. All with free overnight shipping too!

Zappo's absolutely ROCKS as far as CS and selection goes. You'd be surprised what they carry. When I have a choice, I buy at Zappo's.

FYI there's also 13% cash back on fatwallet for Shoes.com right now.

Not sure how this would work with the Mr. Rebates, but it's slightly higher and might be preferred by those that use fatcash.

Gzeus great addition. I was not aware were willing to deal with pricematches on that level. It might be a little bit of a hassle but might be worth it. Ok and also on slow shipping. I ordered yesterday at about 1:00 pm and shoes.com shipped today. So i can't complain at all as long as i get the right shoe and they are new .

Yeah...I love Zappos. Last time I ordered from them, I took advatage of their free returns and free overnight shipping. I bought like 7 shoes and just kept one. maybe i am the reaosn why Zappos price is so high?
