It's pretty entertaining

You know it's from Sesame Street, right?

Children's TV was awesome back in the day... Sesame Street had stuff like this and Stevie Wonder (from another post yesterday). Mr. Rogers had Johnny Costa and a jazz trio play every show live.

Nah, this one is better.

WTF? I don't even know what I was supposed to learn from that. That I shouldn't bother to write things down because I'll be able to have a flashback and remember it later?

Who says "container of milk", instead of jug, gallon, quart, liter, bag, etc.?

AHAHA I remember this. KROQ uses these as their countdown intro for the Furious Five at 9.

I liked that one too, don't know why. The pattern of counting by 3's just became ingrained in my mind thanks to that song.

Wow, kids sure are easy to entertain, aren't they? Cheap animation, simplistic writing, low production costs. They're the dream demographic of producers, exept that they don't have much money.

Yeah, but the music back then was awesome. It's crap today.

They're probably following the same trend that other networks follow. For example, I remember when Discovery Channel shows were informative and watchable. They just had something on about Stephen Hawking. The information was quite shallow, and the effects were horrible to watch. I guess they're trying to reduce drug usage in their viewing demographic by making them only think that they're under the influence, without enduring the negative health effects. I remember a time when MTV and VH1 played music videos. I remember when The Learning Channel didn't have so much drivel on the paranormal. They also have that Little People, Big World show on. I'm a bit cynical about that too - why is it on? First, reality shows are inexplicably popular. And because dwarfs star in numerous other places, and apparently a fair number of people think they're funny, the executives in charge of TLC, what to do? A reality show starring dwarfs. I have a feeling that it's not on there purely to promote acceptance of dwarfs as normal members of society, but as a way of drawing in ratings by exploiting people's apparent perception of dwarfs as being amusing.

I love that segment

But I don't remember all of the other crazy stuff in the video with all of the different numbers.

Most likely from Family Guy, the episode was called The Father, The Son, and the Holy Fonz. It's when Stewie gets sick.

Most of that look familiar except the Baseball stadium section. Was a neat compilation.
