BTW, Keith Richards played bass behind Clapton's lead in John Lennon's band "Dirty Mac", but I don't consider Richards a Bass player.

I have read my history, obviously. There are so many more bass players out there that have made it their career who are better than Page. I am by no means doubting Page's ability at bass, but to consider him a top 5 player over all the others out there is fvcking ludicrous. This isn't the top 5 guitarists thread, ok?

Aside from him, Geddy and Les. Gotta respect those that can play like that AND sing at the same time. Plus Geddy also plays the bass pedals while playing the bass and singing.
