This isn't just a clip, it's a leather part to carry cards (they should slide in), and then a clip on the side to secure cash.

I was given a similar one (Nautica brand) it's amazing - I keep my wallet in my front pockets, becuase a traditional wallet hurts my butt to sit on.

If this one is similar to the Nautica one I have, it's pretty sweet.

i carry a money clip that holds a couple credit cards in my front pocket and a skinnier wallet in the back... i travel a lot and and it's good to split up your goods in case something untoward occurs... and it makes my wallet a lot skinnier so it's not such a pain to sit on...

i admit i also like to have my cash in some reasonable semblance of order, and bills in a clip is much nicer than a wad in the pocket...

i don't like the all metal ones since they are hard on the seam in the bottom of suit slacks...
