Bought some decaffeinated green tea. People rave about this stuff, anyone else here drink it? What do you think? Also does anyone eat whats in the tea bag?
Lastly are multivitamins generally worth it? I know it will vary dependent on what you eat but is there anything here that's rare or wont appear in all but niche foods? Heres whats in them:
I eat carrot/peas/sweetcorn/oats/milk/peanut butter/apple/banana/grapefruit/orange/tuna/quorn/lean ham/cottage cheese/whey/bread
Dont often stray from that stuff tbh so I may be missing something that a multivitamin could cover.
