Green text in Outlook????

Friend of mine has all his emails in the inbox colored green. The email itself is not green text but just the inbox where it gives subject and where its from. if you move the email to another folder it stays green text. Any written email is still in black. Thought at first it was a watched email but it wasn't.
Anyone have any ideas???

Sure.
In Outlook click on "Organize" and then go to "Using colors". It will show you there what's set up to show in what colors.

So where is the organize tab? I couldn't locate it.
