Grimarillion is simply all the major mods combined into one. If you just want the new (old) masteries, look for Grim Quest. It comes with all of Titan Quest's masteries as well as Soulvisier's masteries.
Right now, I'm playing The Witcher 3, which is much bigger than previous games in the series. I may take a look at it after I finish it, if I don't end up playing Metro LL first.
