I was wrong about GTA online. Its actually crazy fun once you get to level 10. At first it really seems like there isnt shit to do.
I tried the online again yesterday. I'm only level 5. Its frustrating to say the least. So many hack/mods. I was just driving down the road and this big ass whale was tailgating me, then, all of a sudden some user just spawned into the passenger seat! I jumped out of the car and shot him. On another occasion I just randomly exploded. Also, I really need to figure out how to turn off all online chatter. The volume is way to loud. Where, if any, is this setting? I would love to play more online but its seems more annoying than fun.
Real quick question, if Campaign questions are allowed here. Just finished the Depository Heist so I am flush with cash... First thing I bought was a Helipad cause I had dreams of the chaos I could cause with the $2mm attack helicopter available for purchase.
Problem is, when I buy the helicopter, the only thing that happens is that I am out $2mm. Where does it go? Do I need to pick it up from somewhere?
Check your email, you will get one saying your helo has been delivered. I had to save the game to advance time before mine showed up.Real quick question, if Campaign questions are allowed here. Im not interested in racing or knocking off grocery stores, so yeah Im not seeing much to do. I did get into a fun deathmatch with some guys which I slaughtered but then they all ran off. Seems like I spent more time waiting in a lobby to start something than actually doing anything while online. I may give it another go later, but now BF4 has released some new toys so Im back to that. Oh, and I still need to finish Wolfenstein The Old Blood, just too many games and not enuff time.I was wrong about GTA online. Its actually crazy fun once you get to level 10. If this is in single player mode I would do the assassination missions so you can get 2billion per player. The helicopter will be delivered eventually. You need to leave the area most likely and wait for the email. Then go back and have fun.
the insurgent pickup is such a waste of 1.3 mil
if ida known cant put it in my garage or customize i wouldnt have bought the thing
and cant use it on instanced jobs then
wtf is the point of this thing. other than mobbing around in free roam getting f-all accomplished.
lolzcontacting Rockstar today about getting my money back on that thing
cant believe i spend 1.3 mil just for a rent a car
i can steal a tank for free if i want to be a dick on free roam
Yeah, I did a couple of them before reading through this thread on how to make money. Fortunately, not all of them were complete. The last one I did (post the big heist) was the construction one, which I am really hoping wasn't the last one...
another hacker gave me money :\
Came across my first hacker last night.
I was fucking around on the beach & this guy spawned on top of me, kept blowing me up and dropping money bags on top of me. No way to get away from the bags. Ended up up with 700,000. Quickly bought a Kuruma & tricked it out.
From my limited reading here, GTA V online sounds like one of the crappiest experiences around. I think I'll stick to "stabbing out my eyes online".
