It's usually just a piece of paper in a sleeve...you shouldnt have to cut the actual case. Just pull the insert out

I canceled my order with ECost and switched to FYE about a week ago - they still haven't shipped. I pinged customer service but they were very vague about when it might be sent to me (major backorder, etc). Now I'm wondering if they're going to ship it before 11/7, the last date the rebate is valid. Anyone get theirs yet?
