There's a problem with that though. Nobody with any position in EA, Rockstar, Ubisoft etc etc is looking at Anandtech to see who is and is not buying a game. So you are just filling up the screen with words at that point. Which I guess is fine, but it doesn't do anything. Especially when so many times people claim to boycott something but then go and buy it anyway. There comes a time when it goes from making a point to just a bunch of clutter on a forum.

Not you specifically of course, just in general. If you don't want it or have something against it don't buy it. I doubt people on forums want to know your reasons for your choice.

But is that any different than gushing over it? I guess I don't get why you think things have to be one sided. Sounds like you don't want a discussion, just a bunch of people saying how awesome something is. Their own forums are for that.

What video card will I need to play it at 1920x1080 with high quality settings?

Running a Radeon HD 6870 1GB right now. I don't game on my PC except for GTA games, been holding out on the PS3 version because PC version would be better and you can shoot with a mouse.

1080p @ low/med settings with fxaa most likely

the xbox one version is pushing 1080p/30fps and it has a 768shader gpu with ddr3 for vram. But 1gb is going to severely hurt you in the vram department, might have to run the lowest quality textures.

Where did I say that? Try reading what is written and not adding your opinion to the post with your responses. Be objective just a bit. Nobody in this thread was "gushing" over the game.

Also most forums for the game are not full of people praising the games. No from what I have seen anyway. Much of the time it is full of complaints about bugs and various issues.

Thanks, I'll wait for the game to come out and see what they recommend. Will probably upgrade to a 3-4GB card...
