I know I can buy a 2nd 470 and sli for around 199.00 (B&M; NIB ) from Fry's Electronics.

Any advice on this? (only had my card for about 5 months now and its not a Fermi or overclocked).

The 560 is not a good upgrade choice for a 470. Performance is essentially the same. For my 260 on the other hand...

Newegg now has several models in stock at $250 and up, including a Gigabyte 900 MHz for $250 and EVGA lifetime warranty 850 MHz at $260 (stock speed is 825).

The EVGA site is claiming some competitors are using GTX 460 PCBs and coolers, while they use a "true" 560 PCB and their HSF includes coverage for the RAM and voltage regulators:
