GTX 770 Owners/Overclocking Thread

I just got my MSI GTX 770 and was curious to see what other 770 owners' overclocking success has been.

Here are my results so far:

I did not think the 4gb models were even released yet. EVGA said it will be a week or two and they are usually the first to the lead the way.

Can we bring this back? Recently bought a 770 myself and reached the same base clock (bin-wise; actually 1mhz higher) and haven't gone to memory. ASIC is 82.0%. I would increase voltage, but it needs to last me over a year, maybe 2.

Actually boosts to just under 1300.

I can't raise the voltage on my Zotac (locked by the chip), so this is what I run:

Afterburner says I boost to 1254 in games so I'm not sure what is up with GPU-Z:

My Zotac has piss poor memory overclocking wise, the core with boost hits a max stable clock of 1241 and anything higher causes instabilities. Found the gains so pitiful i simply run my card stock.

Makes me miss my TF3 7850, that card was fun to overclock.

I run mine stock too, as my 1280x1024 resolution doesn't really push the card in anything. A game or two runs at 50fps or so, but it isn't a big deal yet. I would undervolt, but that seems to be locked down. Entire system only uses around 330w while folding, and with efficiency, so lower. Pretty great.

I posted that last year complaining about the lack of 4GB GTX 770s..

Now I have two of these cards in my rig, and I've been very happy with their performance. Maximum stable overclock I've gotten has been 1280/7.97ghz, on both cards. One of my cards overclocks to 1306/8ghz though, which to me is very impressive considering it has the 4GB of VRAM instead of 2GB.

I've found that with the GTX 770, memory overclocks helps increase performance (particularly in intensive games like Crysis 3) more than overclocking the core; although my card automatically boosts the core to 1241mhz, which is pretty high.

The GTX 770 is definitely slightly bandwidth limited, of that I have no doubt. A 400mhz memory overclock, which boosts the bandwidth from 224 GB/s to 250 GB/s will make GPU intensive games like Crysis 3, AC IV run significantly smoother (@ 1440p) when played at very high or maximum quality with SMAA 2x or TXAA 2x.

Anyone tried BIOS flashing to one with lower voltage control? I am looking at it but my card isn't dualBIOS.

anyway, i'll look into this when i get home, but honestly, i haven't even tried.
with my previous cards, sure, but right now, it's so quiet, and so powerful, i haven't felt the need to OC, because i wouldn't actually be able to tell the difference, if not in $$power bills and noise.
Don't even have a 120Hz screen, so, meh.

what's the latest and best OC guide/sw? Still afterburner?

Actually 1.212. I'm not looking to overclock because I need it to last, but I want to see how far I can push it at 1.0 or 1.1v. I use EVGA x.

Haven't found anything better. The re-skinned version of Trixx that Zotac bundled with my 770 was as awful as Trixx.
