GTXP and Klipsch Promedia Problems

Anyone out there using this setup? I'm having problems with getting it all to work. I've got no sound out of the left front speaker. Plugging in my headphones into front speaker spot produces same result, no sound. Switching speakers around shows that they all work fine. The "rack" isn't sending signal to left front. Anyone having anything like this?

I have the GTXP and the Klipsch Promedia 4.1's and am having no problems at all. Have you verified good seating of the card, and good conneciton from card to rack? Make sure the cable is seated good at the card end and the rack end? Maybe check the conneciton on the subwoofer for the front speakers. The subwoofer connection of the speakers seems to be the weak link in the setup.

Did those with no joy. Tech support has suggested that if the problem exists on both spkr and headphones, it's probably the rack. So, it's getting RMA'd back and we'll see. Thanks for your input though.
BTW, do you use 4 spkr or 4.1?
