What were you bitching at me for, I didn't write that.

I guess you mean vs a live show.

Twit.

Anything else you care to randomly bitch about ?

Pretty clear that he wasn't bitching at you, since he quoted the article, not anything you said. Stop taking things so personally.

Just wrapped up the finale.

Loved it. Sure some of the ideas are rehashed (Fight Club and V is for Vendetta) , but the overall presentation is rock solid. It's a complete mind-fuck the whole time.
though it wasn't much of a surprise that Mr. Robot was him and Slater was imaginary
It was a little far-fetched that E-Corp used this relatively small boutique company Allsafe for their security -- and that they had some 26 year old, unseasoned account rep handling the whole thing.

The soundtrack, the cinematography were all top notch. I love shows that do new things and push boundaries -- it was great that they just dropped F-bombs and decided to leave them and just bleep them out. I wonder if the mind thought was "well, it'll be on Netflix/online soon where we can do that stuff, so lets just leave it in".

Long story short 9/10 stars -- would watch again!

Man I am torn on watching this, read people raving about it and then I found out it was a USA show..ewwww. Their shows are awful(Psych, Graceland, Burn Notice etc.). A real delima..

Watch it. You should know within the first episode if it's your cup of tea though or not. It's pretty pretty good /Larry David

That being said, I sometimes find myself in the same situation as you -- "man this show would be infinitely better if it wasn't on XYZ network"

+2 points also for the Larry David .gif (I so miss that show)

Trashing any Bruce Campbell vehicle (Burn Notice) gets you negative 2 points though...

Also, the Mr Robot finale... and really the whole season... was such a series of love letters to Kubrick. Enjoyed it immensely.

There are some scenes in Mr. Robot that I don't think even premium channels like HBO or Showtime would do.

Bravo, USA.

Is it possible that Elliott is also Tyrell?

I was beginning to think that kind of twist was going to be revealed right at the end there, but they went somewhere else with it.

I'm still very confused by how Tyrell had an interaction with Mr. Robot that seemed to spell out a history, but yet Tyrell acted surprised when he figured out that Elliot was behind everything.

I might be remembering that Tyrell-Mr.Robot moment wrong, I think I am, but I remember something seeming weird looking back on it after the reveal.

I thought that too, but then how would he be talking to Tyrell's wife? Though she may have been "playing along" with him in the conversation figuring out that "hey wait a minute, this dude is crazy and thinks he's somebody else"

She could have married Elliot knowing he was crazy, and she could even use each personality to their potential. It would be an interesting twist, but I doubt it. Mainly because we know Elliot and Tyrell have each interacted with other people at the same time. Like in Steel Mountain when Tyrell prevented Elliot from being thrown out. Not to mention Tyrell's secretary didnt know who Elliot was. But I guess with this show you could always argue Elliot was never going to be escorted out of Steel Mountain, and he never asked the secretary to see Tyrell.

She can speak English but spoke Danish to Elliot as though he would understand, no?

I thought this too, but I distinctly remember Gideon visiting Tyrell at E-Corp & telling him about the Honey Pot.

Great show but the last episode really leaves you hanging...

Trying to figure out the last 2 minutes as well...

Given what she said, I don't think she cared if he understood it. That's why it wasn't subtitled, the tone implied it all.

Elliot is not Tyrell.

Tyrell and Joanna spoke Swedish with each other, not Danish. Norwegian would've been closer sounding to Swedish than Danish.

Nevermind, I didn't noticed the first time watching it but went back to watch the scene again and she did spoke Danish to Elliot. Weird.

I like the show, but I don't like that it was picked up for another season. It was originally conceptualized as a single movie. I wanted the plot resolution of a limited run series. Feels like it will just get drug out now, indefinitely. I'm growing really tired of shows like that.
I agree. What story is left that could be as entertaining as this season?
