Has anyone read about the eye problems that Mike Zimmer (head coach of the Minnesota Vikings) has had since last fall? Started with him scratching his eye during a game in October and seeing a doctor about it and some blurred vision that started. Turned out he had a detached retina (unrelated to scratching his eye) so they performed laser surgery within days. But he's needed seven more surgeries since then and they don't seem certain he'll regain full vision. They've also told him he'll soon need cataract surgery on both eyes. He's 61 years old today (June 5th).
