I think the guys filming were on a motorcycle, and when they panned the camcorder, the wind going through the mic caused the noise....

Sorry, I can't find it, but it's got a kid trying to do a drag start, losing control, running off the road and into a parking lot, crashing into an expensive-looking Jetta. Then a lot of people yell and scream, and the kid taping (or his friend) keeps saying "Bro". Someone else might remember.
