The most recent of these episodes (and I've got a ton) involved me sleeping on my side, apparently "petting" my own arm. My wife apparently asked me something, to which I replied... "sunday Sunday SUNday MONDAY! heh. heh. heh."

Yesterday I read this thread and added my own little story. Then I went home and watched a film with my wife. She was a little tired so she bailed out on me. After the movie I did a little bit of browsing then went to bed. Just as I was about to lay down next to her, my wife starts giggling. Then she says, "That's interesting!". I thought she was awake, so I asked her, "What is?", to which she reacted with a really loud "Ssshhh!". I asked her a couple more times, "What is it? I wanna know!", but she just kept repeating "Ssshhh". Eventually I figured she was talking in her sleep.

I told her about our late night chat in the morning, and she had no recollection of it at all!

A couple years ago in the dorms, my friend's roommate started talking in his sleep. My buddy was staying up late writing a paper or something, and his roomie was sleeping. All of a sudden the sleeping roomie goes "Hey Larry"

Larry: Yeah?

Roomie: "Dude, find the square root of 5. It's badass."

We still give that guy $hit for it .

my wife talks in her sleep quite a bit, especially when stressed. She speaks in Japanese though, so I have no idea what she is saying.

She wants to get one of those voice memo things though and told me to record her if I can when she gets it.

I've said plenty of weird things in my sleep. I'd have to ask my roommate from last year to try and remember some of them. I can remember at least two, though. I mumbled something incoherent (he was still awake at both times) and then said "Interesting." I vaguely remember that. Another time, I had been playing a lot of Freelancer and started talking about it one night. I can't remember what I said but I can vaguely remember it and it was very funny the next morning.

i dont talk in my sleep, but i used to walk. one time i walked out of my room, and down the stairs... my parents found me the next morning sleeping in the tub. another time, i walked into the family room, turned on the tv, and started 'watching'.

I've been caught yelling "Don't eat me!" as in pertaining to the walruses. That was seriously the scariest dream I've ever had...I went up to a walrus and tried to pet it or something, and it bit my leg and started swallowing me whole...I got some laughs outta that one. =\

This one girl had my sleep pattern all figured out and could tell the exact moment I went to sleep. So she decided to fvck with my brain one night and woke me up right when I fell fully asleep. After doing this a few times some crazy stuff came out. I was dead sure I was running in the special olympics once so I said something about that. "I'm in the special olympics," I think it was. There was one other one too, but I can't remember it.

One of my friends was staying up with some of his friends when one of them fell asleep on a chair. They tried talking to him and he got up and started walking towards them - kinda of semi chasing them. they all freaked out and ran into a bedroom and closed the door. 4 or 5 of them were holding the door shut when the guy who was sleep walking flung the door open knocking all the guys off and started walking towards them again. My friend promptly got on the bed lay on his back and started kicking at the sleepwalking guy, screaming the whole time. Eventually they followed the guy outside where they eventually woke him up. Hilarious and weird.

When I was younger, I fell asleep after eating after eating a holiday dinner. I remember at the time I was watching the Charlston heston movie about Abraham and such. Well I had dozed off on the couch and my parents lifted me up and I had yelled at them " LEMME GO..LEMME GO.. I've got to FEED the CHICKENS".. and made my way to the bathroom and fell into the tub (got a bumb on my head to this day )

To this day my parents embarress me with the story.

About 5 years ago, I was on a ski trip with my youth group. We stayed overnight in a church, all the guys downstairs, and all the girls upstairs. Well, us guys were pretty packed on the floor of the basement. I was having a dream about aliens attacking (I guess there was some red flashing light outside the window), and I woke up screaming about aliens. I woke up all like 50 of the guys downstairs, and some of the people upstairs, too. Everybody was staring at me, and one of my friends just looked at me, said "You crazy, [name]," and went back to sleep.

our family had a fast food place in the mall that i helped out with for 7-8 years....during the holiday season it gets pretty damn crazy, and the days are really long. a few years back during the holidays, my ex told me that i blurted out one night "you want mayonaise with that?"

another time she told me i said "frosted mini wheats".
