I live in PA and have been for all of my life. I am near Bloomsburg and Wilkes-Barre. I went to college at Penn State Main Campus and I know the area well and have never heard of Halloween Park. There are many parks that change to Halloween themes with the biggest being Kennywood near Pittsburg. But for a top of the line one near Philly try Scareworld.
http://www.scareworld.com . If you can provide more information as to what it is to have, or more of the general area. For example in my area we call Central PA State College and Altoona. Philly is Southeastern, Stroudsburg Eastern, Harrisburg and York Southern, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Northeastern, Allentown Bethlehem Easton just known as ABE or some call it southern. Erie Northwestern, Johnstown and Pittsburg Western and Bradford Northern. Bloomsburg some consider central others do not. It depends upon where the person is living to use their location as the focal point.
