halp! bought church need to find value of Jesuses

So. I bought a house and it has a 40' trailer of religious stuff to fill the church that was being constructed adjacent to it. The interior of the church wasn't finished and the church was supressed (closed). Anyways I bought my 1st home.

Maybe my wife can post pics but we now have this painting. It's a 6-7 foot tall oil painting of Jesus that may have been the one depicted on the right side of the organ in this 1938 clipping of St. Hedwig's Parish in Cambridge, Massachusetts. It may have been damaged in the huricane but it was painted in 1908 and it's detailed.

Halp. Give me an approximate value!

Edit: We've got some more Jesus stuff but I don't want to go in to it now.

It could be worth almost nothing to a fortune. You really need an art appraiser for something like that. Unusual score for a house purchase. I'd probably shop the stuff around at different churches. Better hurry. Religion's dying out in America :^D

Just spoke with the wife and we're going to hold on to it. I'll post pics some other time but it's beautiful. We're selling off a lot of stuff to pay for a barn - some antique dealer is getting a bargain today.

Also, we selling awesome pews for $275. We took a picture of three of them. Pew, pew, pew.

I love churches. I always wanted to turn one into a bar/inn. I'm partial to the modest ones of stone construction. A Quaker meeting house would be just about ideal.

Yes, the backs of the pews open. A small storage area for books.

We had an event planner/rental offer $150 each. I declined. They're really neat and I'm keeping one for our foyer as a naughty spot for the kid.

That's pretty sweet. A bit more ornate than what I had in mind, but I'd love to own it :^)
