Mine arrived today. Like others have mentioned the free DHL shipping was very quick. I ordered Sunday, it shipped Monday and was delivered around noon today (Tuesday).

I'm really impressed with it. I didn't realize it'd be that much of an improvement over my 19" CRT (admittedly it was getting old and dim). I don't have any dead pixels but I do have one that is stuck red sometimes. It doesn't do it on white or grey backgrounds but it will on black and other colors. It's no big deal however because it's near the bottom left corner where it's barely noticeable.

It'd be hard to beat this for the price. Now I need some 1280x1024 wallpapers..

I ordered it on Sunday.. they shipped it out yesterday and I was supposed to get it tomorrow but got it today. Picture looks beautiful and as much screen space as my huge heavy freakin hp a4331d! Wish I could get two.. maybe my brother can order 1 for me

I would like to give a plug for PCConnection's customer service. I ordered this monitor on Friday and received it yesterday. When I hooked it up, the bottom half of the screen was black and then started to fill in with all different colors. I hooked it up to a different computer with a different cable, and it still had the same problem. I called PCConnection this morning. Not only are they shipping out a replacement monitor today, but they emailed me a prepaid shipping label to return the bad one! I had to RMA a bad video card at ZZF, and they didn't even have this level of CS. I had to ship the video card to them, pay for the shipping, wait for them to test it, and then they refunded my money (only because they no longer carried that card). The process took about a week and a half and cost me $8 in shipping. That's what I was expecting to have to do with PCConnection, but they really impressed me.

Anyways, the top half of the screen looked really nice! For $110 shipped AR, you can't beat this deal. Make sure you use the free-shipping code listed near the bottom of page 4. It saved me $16. If it gets removed because of the forum rules, you should be able to find it at another deals website.

you guys are lucky...i'm in CA and I ordered on the 16th and still haven't seen it appear at my door yet

whats worse is i can't track my pacakge at office depot's website because it tells me i have an invalid order number or telephone...what gives!

I can't say for the deal, but I do have a few of these monitors and they have a real nice picture. Quite the difference from a 19" CRT to a 19" LCD also.

Yes this does relate, please read on. A note that will be important to those who have issues with Tiger Direct and its rebates (I am one of those). I sent my rebate paperwork in on this monitor for the $100 via certified mail. The confirmation card came back signed by OnRebate and Tiger Direct. I have to assume that somehow there is an affiliation. I would recommend certified mail on the $100 rebate for sure when dealing with such a big rebate that could be associated with these guys.

Anyone have more info. on what is going on please chime in.

Thanks for the confirmation. With a rebate of this amount I make it a practice to go certified mail. This just makes me feel all the better about spending the extra couple of bucks to do so.

Rebate is through RebatesHQ. OD also carried the 194 (they both have the same specs), but that one sold out. The $100 rebate from OD still appears to be valid for new orders through the end of the month, but you have to dig to find it since they took it off of the monitors' pages. (Originally it ended on the 20th, but seems to have been extended to orders through the end of the month. As always, double check and do your own research).

I've been holding back because I wasn't sure how returns would be handled if I got a defective unit. This post convinced me, I'm in for one.

Ordered on the early morning hours of tuesday (was mad at wife so I had to spend money) got it Thursday afternoon. And now I am paying more cause of this deal, as she just spent money on some outfits and jewelry. I hate how that works out. LOL
