I ordered one last weekend. When I read this last night I sent an email asking for a refund of the price difference and for shipping. This afternoon I received a response saying both refunds should post to my account in a few days.

Can anyone confirm for me, would this LCD be the same size as a 19 inch TV?

I've never had an LCD before but with this deal I'm thinking about using it to replace my really old 19 inch TV

I ordered mine on sunday, but I called today and they gave me the $10 price differance and the free shipping credit. 2 thumbs for pc connection. Now the bad part,I have to RMA it, the screen keeps blanking out every couple of minutes, sometimes several times a minute.

I had to RMA mine as well. PCConnection handled it better than ANY company I've ever dealt with. I called at 4:00 pm, and they cross-shipped a new monitor that day, which arrived in a day or two. On top of that, they sent me a free shipping label, so I didn't have to pay to ship the monitor back. Talk about service!
