Seriously though, I turned 29 today and have been thinking an aweful lot.

I dont have my degree yet. I dont have a girlfriend. I dont have a house. My career is mediocre and I have no better prospects.
Seriously need to stop messing around and get on with my life.

Dont wanna do the whole Wife & Kids thing, but a girl to spend time with would be very nice. I've let too many nice girls slip away and it bugs me whenever I think of them. Met a nice gal yesterday and am of the opinion I should be more assertive and less passive with her.
Suspect I may grow balls and ask her out today. Being alone isnt so bad but being lonely sucks. And if another guy starts dating her I will hate myself. Despite what I keep hearing there are NOT tons of nice single girls out there waiting for me. Seems like nice girls get grabbed quickly, and in my age group a lot of women have emotional or physical baggage. Good girls are rare and should be appreciated.
Many times I've heard the advice that a wasted oppurtunity is much worse than being hurt.
I think I'll risk it.

When she has tons of hot friends who wont leave and end up witnessing the whole miserable event.

I think I'll celebrate my failure by going to a strip club, molesting a girl, and getting kicked out.
