Okay so yesterday my main C drive got messed up on reboot. But I had 2 other drives (74 gig raptor and a 36 gig raptor) in the computer as storage. Okay when I initally went to check if all the drives were being read in the windows installation setup I deleted the partitions, but didn't reformat them or reallocate the space. Does this actually delete them? I didnt actually create or format them in the windows setup portion.
So After installing window on the 36 gig raptor I went to see if the 74 gig raptor data was intact. The disk management utilty shows it as RAW data and the total amount of data on the drive as FREE. I was able to make it drive D: on windows without reformating but am unable to view the drive, windows asks to format the drive becuase it is unformated. Check this disk with some utilties it is fine, aslo windows says it healthy, etc.
Bascially is it possible to check the data or if there is still any data on it OR do I have to reformat? Did I accidentally delete the contents when I deleted the partition in the windows setup?
