Hard drive copy problem

I currently had a 60gb(FAT32) hd as my master drive, and a 80gb(NTFS) as the slave. I got an additional 120gb that I want to make into my new slave drive and do a complete copy from my 80gb to it. Then make my 80 the master drive(c:/). I disconnected my 60gb(c:/), changed the 80 to master (jumpers and cables), and connected the 120 as slave. I booted with PowerQuest's Drive Copy 3 floppy disk, and while doing a complete disk copy, right at the beginning, while "Checking User File Entries 36%" I get an Error, Error #1608 File Record marked used, File 2571, I click ok, then get another error, Error #983 Too many errors found, process halted. AHHHHHHH!

Anyways, I need help.......BTW, the 120 is brand new, and when I check it's stats, it is "unallocated", I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Don't know Drive Copy that well, does it partition and all that? Special instructions for copy to a larger HD? Unallocated means not partitioned, I think.

When you get into the last screen, click on the Advanced button and turn off error checking and make sure the Hide Source is unselected.
