Hard time

I swear I will never be able to cut weight again until after my wife has our baby. I am pretty sure I am getting her cravings because all I want to do is eat. Its not to bad because she has been eating super healthy since she found out. But I am pretty sure I am doing all of her eating. Anybody else have this issue with a pregnant wife/girlfriend?

For our first I got pretty fat and my wife kept telling me I was gaining "sympathy weight" and sharing her belly gain. Our 2nd is due in late July and this time I'm actually dieting and trying to exercise as much as possible because I know once he is born I won't have time for much extra exercise.

it's not so much her being pregnant, it's the after-baby that really gets you. Waking up 3 - 4 times per night, the stress of a baby crying, etc. make you exercise less and eat more. At least, that's been my issue. Trying to shed the weight now that my daughter is 2 and my son is 4.

lot of people lose weight after having a small kid in their home . If the kids are menacing they will make to exercise more
