As a serious Duke3d fan I have to be totally blunt - i have no interest in reading more bullsh*t from 3drealms. They started talking about minimum card stats. That's where I stopped reading. Why? Well quite honestly because in 10 years a geforce3 will suck. Right now it doesn't. So one would think this lends a hint as to the release date but I don't believe it does.

You know regardless of how good duke 3d was supposed to be/will be, whatever - i can say one thing and that's that whoever is running that company has no freaking business sense. Sure they have money, but a business should not be dicking around on the same game for 2 centuries. It's just ridiculous.

If duke forever came out on time it would have been great but now that I've seen half life 2 I've forgotten about it. That and team fortress 2 can go to hell!!!!

Yep anybody else would be fired. It's not like they were charged with creating a time machine or a $500 sports car or a 15 ghz cpu that costs $2 to make. It's just a video game. These guys are jackoffs and their project manager is licking his own nuts quite obviously.

They deserve nothing better. this game is even more of a hype fest than TF2. I remember in fvcking jan 1999 that bitch was supposed to come out. Here I am, dick in hand, 4.5 years later wondering where the hell that crap is.
