Just happened to scan the channels and saw/watching this show. Looks interesting, different to Pawn Stars. Interesting what and how people pawn/sell their stuff. Didn't know this is the 4th season. Looks like episodes are on usenet, not in HD though.

pawn stars is better, sometimes you even learn something.

hardcore pawn is more for the trashiness,seeing all the poor people and the family bickering like children. its alright though, but i wouldn't say it is as good, more like pure voyeurism.

Hardcore Pawn is all about the brother and sister bitching. They rarely get anything interesting and 90% of the people that come in are the lowest trash you can think of.


Pawn Stars is definitely the better show. Way more interesting items.

I found this show interesting and mildly entertaining, but, wow, it's seriously racist! lol

These guido-type white guys set up shop in the middle of an economically depressed section of detroit and do not give these people anywhere near what their stuff is worth. The owners are a bunch of slimy bastards (IMHO.)

Saw some episode where they had a bet and it was over ed hardy jeans and realized these guys have to be morons and decided I'd never watch the show again.

No, they're not low trash. They are economically depressed persons caught in the wrong place (Detroit) at the wrong time (After the 80's.)
