<< @ 2200 MHZ your temperatures shouldnt be up that high. load would be high 30s or so.
Try to raise your voltage and test over and over again. Prime95 is a harsh test. heh it breaks my heart sometimes when i think i am all good with stability at a high rate. but it bombs out in the first few minutes of prime95. blah.

You seem to have really decent temperatures Dino, but you are the exception to the rule (BTW nice overclock, you have an exceptional chip). Mid-40's seem to be the norm and low 50's as soon as you start upping the vcore very much, especially with the Retail HSF.
Skawttey, if you haven't tried bumping the vcore, it should help you to stabilize. I would also set it to Turbo1 and maybe up my DDR voltage a bit.
