Hardware sites that ship to Canada?

Lately I've been trying to keep track of price trends as a prepare for my next PC purchase.

I live in Edmonton, AB and am having trouble finding companies that will ship to Canada. Tracking prices on NewEgg doesn't really do me much good because even if I do happen to see a sweet deal, I can't buy it.

TigerDirect.ca is one I've recently found which looks promising, but I have yet to order anything from them.

Any of you Canucks out there have good/bad experiences with ordering hardware online from the US (or from some Canadian site)?

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: BTW, I'm not looking for PC prices... I'm talking parts. Just wanted to clarify.

I always buy from http://ncix.com -- I believe they are in Vancouver.

Great prices and selection. Order tracking, help forums, fast delivery and good packaging

Add vibecomputers.com. It is doubtful that after taxes you'll save any money ordering from the US.

NCIX has good support and does stand behind their products. Subscribe to the newsletter as the good deals are there. I had a poor bios flash and they replaced the mb quickly without problems. I have bought from ATIC, as they were quite a bit cheaper, but I think their support is awful. They at least gave me what I orded, but i had to reinstall everything as the inside of the case was a tangle of wires with poor airflow. Every thing was new and worked fine, including the oem 9700pro, so I really can not complain. I have been told that their support for oem cards and stuff is dicey. So if something does not work getting a replacement may be difficult. Anetec also has a reputation for poor service, but have never shopped with them. I will check out vibe.

If you live in Vancouver, many people totally would disagree with that! Worst customer service ever!!!

NCIX.com is good, a tad pricey however. Anitec.ca I find to be generally the cheapest.

However, I only deal with those stores in person. NCIX.com has the worst sales staff I've ever seen. But their support department is great!

I don't like ordering from the US because I might get dinged duty and sometimes that can be a lot.

I have heard the same things don't worry.. LOL
but ordering from those 2 places online proves to be just fine for me... I've had GREAT luck ordering from NCIX, and I dont have to pay the usual 15% tax here in Ontario, just the 7% tax on items I buy from them... and they always come very quickly and always right and working fine. so NCIX has done me good.. ATIC I have only ordered 1 thing from.. it was fine... Vibe I have ordered lots from, they are GREAT and I have talked to them on the phone too... again. GREAT. bought from PCCanada.. also good IMO!, and I've heard great things about canadacomputers but I have yet to order from them (and they are only in Toronto too)

I have bought from OEMexpress before.. (1 in London here) not the best prices, and NO storefront.. strictly an online order/back counter type of deal. not too impressed with them to be honest.

there are some great places to buy from in Canada though

BigFootComputers.com also looks like a good place to buy speciality cooling stores. You guys are lucky you only have to pay 1 tax from NCIX.com. Not 14.5%!!!

Don't you have any local stores that are cheap? I see plenty of small stores in Vancouver that can undercut NCIX.com's prices greatly!

Anitec and atic are the cheapest usually, but ncix will pricematch them. Also if you order from the states you will have to pay a brokerage fee and those suck.

NCIX price matches if the difference isn't too great.

I tried to PM a Zalman CNPS-7000A Cu which was $49.95 at Anitec and $72.98 at NCIX. No good, so I just picked it up from Anitec

Strange NCIX pricematched for me to $52.00, which was the price at the time at anetec. This was last november. At the time NCIX wanted $63.00 for it. I see they want $72.98 now, I wonder why so much?

Thanks a ton for all the info.

I was aware of OEMExpress here in Edmonton but I've never purchased anything from them. Many of the others you've mentioned look like good bets for shopping around.

I really like the guys at http://www.tucsoncomputercorp.com/ but sometimes I'd like to save the 10-20% you can get from the big boys.
