Actually IMO they taste exactly like the real white castle burgers... which is the problem. If I can create your flavor in my microwave something is horribly wrong with your food.

I agree OP, White Castle is terrible. Tried it once and won't go back. And I normally am fine with shitty fast food like McD's. That makes it especially bad.

White Castle is a lot more like Krystal.

I remember in college, I ate a 12 pack of Krystal burgers after drinking a 12 pack of beer one night....those were the days. I wouldn't attempt that these days...it's not that I know better or anything...it's just that my metabolism isn't the same as it was back then.

I believe that WC is just one of those regional things that people grow up eating and love for nostalgia of the good old days.
I have a buddy from Illinois who swears by them. I wasn't impressed.

He also had about 20 stories of getting wasted late night and ending up there and having a wild time. Very similar to me having a pretty good stock of memorable TB experiences late night.
