That is so many pages! I don't think any of the books on my Senior AP reading list are that long (not that I'll be reading them, thank you Cliff)

hehe, i've read a ~1000 page book a couple times before, it's rather good if yer into the fantasy genre, but my sister got this and we haven't heard much from her lately. it's nice.

basswriter, the max pages for my ap lit class is only over 300 pages or so! (allende, isabella - house of spirits)

then again, ours were mostly by mexican and spanish writers for some reason...best class ever in high school, imo.

I wonder how fast before they sell out at this price. I work at Barnes & Noble and we sold out of our 300+ copies in 3-4 hours. It sucked, it was too busy. and at our store it was $16.66 after tax

Or you can try "Wally-world" (Wal-mart)/Sam's Club where they are selling it for about $13 as well.

This new one is not too bad IMO - starts off a bit slow, but once it gets going it gets interesting.

Why not just use the library? You can save 100%!!! I understand sometimes availability is questionable at the library, but it makes a lot more sense than paying $20+ for a book.
