As a girl, yes I hit my husband once. I know I should feel bad, but I don't.

I was pissed because he promised not to get drunk at our wedding and he got pretty drunk. He was partying with his friends all night and I barely even saw him during the last 4 hours of our reception. I was angry because I had explained to him beforehand exactly what I didn't want (several times as we planned our wedding for a year and a half) and he promised he wouldn't do it, then he went ahead and got drunk. When he's drunk he gets very... hmm, I would say he becomes an a$$hole. So when we got back to the room and I calmly tell him why I'm pissed he starts arguing that he isn't drunk and blah blah blah. Anyways, 2 hours into it of him not acknowledging it, I hit him several times on the shoulder with my fist. Fortunately he didn't hit back. I did apologize in the morning for losing my temper.

The biggest fight we've ever had... it just happens to be on our wedding night. That sucked.

Yeah, an average girl probably couldn't really hurt be other than hitting me in my junk. Otherwise, I would just back off. But yeah, if a girl gets violent and it is a common thing, chances are I will stop hanging out with them.

Had to restrain a few. Don't think I've ever actually full fledged socked a girl in the face though. Had a chick kick me in the junk once, like full fledged punt type kick with the toe going into the sack. I probably would have knocked her block off if I wasn't on the ground crying.

Also its one thing getting slapped by a girl.. its another thing to get hit by a man. They shouldn't be treated equally.

If you're any kind of a man, you should have the reflexes to be able to grab their wrists as they are trying to attack you.

If you cannot do that, then you are absolutely worthless as far as defending yourself is concerned, and the woman is probably going to kick your ass even if you fight back, so you might as well try.

What gets me is when you say "Jane slapped Michael because she was mad at him." You get a certain image in your head. But if you were to say "Michael slapped Jane because he was mad at her." He is a abusive asshole.

I've come close because girls have thought that they can try to hit me and get away with it because I can't hit back (the difference in our physical strength is obvious and there is no way they would win in a real fight). Thinking punching a disabled person is messed up? Well the disabled person shouldn't take advantage of the fact that I am not "supposed" to fight back.

Sorry this subject just gets on my nerves because you aren't supposed to hit women, or disabled people, but when they take advantage of that fact it leaves me being the jackass. I just don't want warm, half digested human excrement poured on me for any reason.

I feel you. I punched a retarted kid in the stomach after he was talking about my mom though. He was a real ghetto banger and only mildly retarted though. He knew exactly what he was doing and taunted me, so he deserved it.

This was in elementary school. I waited for my shuttle bus next to where the retarted kids had their class. I guess the gifted kids and retards didn't always mesh too well .

Some newly married couples fight on their wedding night or honeymoon. It is actually more common than you think. It is because of all the emotional and physical stress from planning and going through with it tends to be too much for some girls to handle. I have a few married friends who have told me similar things (not because the husband got drunk though, but other things). Getting drunk though on the wedding day seems a little silly, but meh, he was enjoying himself.

Same. I am big enough, that I could restrain a average girl pretty easily if they tried anything. I am big enough to hold my own against most guys actually, plus I have a little training.

I am glad thoguh, that I tend to get a long with everyone and most people respect me, so I have never had to be in a situation where restraining a girl was necessary. I have had to threaten a few guys though when they start getting physically threatening themselves. Mostly because of them getting heated up playing a sport. But because I am a pretty physically strong and athletic guy, everytime I have had to do that, they tend to back down.

No, and no. Actually never been really hit buy a guy or have swung back at a guy either. I'm pretty non-confrontational.

I did dent a wooden door jam with my wife's forehead once. Ooops. We were horsing around and she tried to trip me and ended up legsweeping herself. She stopped her fall with her head. The door jam took the brunt of the damage.
