Has anyone else watch almost none of the Olympics at all??

Coverage of the sports that appealed to the most people was on NBC. Hockey, curling, cross country skiing and biathlon were on cable channels. Anyone who watches hockey would probably need cable anyway. It doesn't surprise me that people aren't ordering cable just to watch the Olympics.

TV ratings for the Olympics have been very good.

I hardly watched the NBC coverage. Here in Canada, the CTV coverage has been surprisingly good. I've watched as much as possible both at work and home - not just hockey but also curling, figure skating, speed skating, various skiing and snowboarding events, bobsled, skeleton - whatever's on.

It's been really exciting, even watching sports I wouldn't normally pay attention to. That said - I agree with sandorski; it's a bit of a stimulus overload and I've been watching too much TV/surfing too much as a result. Will be nice to get back to normal.

I've watched a few minutes here, a few minutes there...that's about all I can watch without falling asleep! Most of the games are about as exciting as watching paint dry...but slightly behind watching grass grow.

In my office, I'm looked down on because I'm not crazy about the olympics. Apparently, one of the daughters of one of my bosses is about to marry a former olympic athlete. (skater? not really sure)
It's almost as bad as if I proclaimed my dislike or lack of interest in GAWD...or FSM.

i watched the opening ceremonies...and thats pretty much it. my parents have it on usually as background noise when they are doing work (minus the figure skating which my mom loves dearly). i couldnt be bothered less, as i check up on medals won by individual countries after its all said and done.

I've watched as much as I possible could. That means all day every day for the first week. I even think I failed a midterm because I chose to watch the womens curling final and the mens hockey game vs Slovakia.

I probably would have if I thought about it. Some of the stuff interests me but I just didn't think about it so I didn't watch it. Would have liked to see us win the 4 man Bobsled, Bode Miller winning his gold and such. I wouldn't have wanted to watch Fegula Skating though, can't stand that shit.

Watched pretty much none of the first week, but during the second week I've been watching some hockey matches, some curling, both lots of ski cross, a bit of ski jumping, some snowboarding, a few bobsleigh runs and a couple of random speed skating races.

Def. watching the hockey today.

I'm from the South and don't usually watch the Winter Olympics, but I've watched more of these than I can ever remember. I didn't watch a second of the last Summer Olympics for no particular reason.

I've watched exactly 0 minutes of Olympics coverage. There are just too many good soccer competitions going on right now.

Curling was on at the gym a few times, so I've watched maybe an hour of curling.

I've thought about watching on occasion, but always end up doing something else. I did catch one of Apollo's races when I was out at a bar, though. And I think I caught part of the USA hockey match the other day when I was getting food.

Wow already ends tomorrow, that seems to have been fast. They've been talking about it for like 2 years.

I hardly watched any of it. I watched the US vs Canada men's and woman's hockey, and that's about it.

I've watched tidbits here and there while in public places, like curling was playing at the restaurant the other day, and Skiing at the gym.
