has anyone ordered a zune after 8-4 and gotten it shipped yet?

getting fed up with dell selling stuff then trying to say its not in stock but continue selling it.

i ordered a zune on the 4th and they are trying to tell me there are none in stock and itll ship the 23rd

but they continue to sell it

Can you cancel the order? Because you can get them other places with no problem. You can walk into Wal-mart or any electronics store and pick them up easily.

almost 3 weeks is way too long to wait.

bought 5 of them from dell last friday when they were $98. They arrived yesterday.

I do have a few more orders that are processing. one order is supposed to ship out today and another order is delayed until 9/5

my remaining orders from friday @ $98/each were supposed to ship yesterday, got a call from dell that the date is pushed back to 8/24. the orders placed on monday were canceled.

All of Dell's shipping is back logged that bad. Most likely from the Back to School Rush.

But seriously, have fun with the zune. Using was one of the more painful experiences in my life. I would actually prefer to get kicked in the jewels than have to deal with another zune.

Maybe you just suck at electronics?

I got a zune awhile back to replace my ipod, and I have no major issues with it. The software kind of sucks, but it is just fine once you turn off the auto update feature (for the mp3 tags and album artwork).
