Has anyone RMAed with ATI

I just had to RMA my Radeon 64VIVO with ATI. Because the VO wasn't working. Anybody done this before and if so how did it go?

I have, with a AIW PCI card. Got it a lot faster than I thought. They said nothing was wrong with my other one, but gave me a new one anyway. Funny, because there was a cap. that had fallen off in the box when I bought it and I don't think they just put caps. on the board for show. Anyway all went well and fast.

Thanks for the reply. I have been very impressed so far with the suppport I have been given. I told them what I did to troubleshoot the card and then asked them if it could be anything else. They said no and issued an RMA for it. Normaly you have to walk through about 30 mins if stuff before a company even starts to talk about a RMA. I will buy ATI products from now on. I was thinking about going with Nvida but after this I will stick with ATI.

I did an rma on a redeon 64 dd vivo. Went great and very fast Great company to deal with.

Just thought I drop in an update. The RMA with smooth and my new video card works great.
