Intel's Pentiums are not quite up to 100 MHz bus operation. After all, AMD and Cyrix both had to tweak their K6 and MII design and packaging to get there. Intel didn't bother, of course, they were trying to move people to slot-1 at the time.
Try 83 MHz 2.5x - that'll be 208 MHz with much faster L2 cache. If your RAM is up to that, that'll be faster as well. Else, put the RAM bus onto the AGP clock for 66 MHz. The 2013 has a jumper for that.
