I'm sure everyone knows what a good solid piece of crap looks like. Well, I've been on a diet for the last two weeks so my overall food consumption has already been low. When I took it, I used the aggressive method (not eating at all) and it took about 24hours before I had to go. Well, there were parts of a "good solid piece of crap" while the majority of it look fibery almost like wheat chex, but soft. It smelled like cow crap, (which it has never smelled like that before) so I do believe it worked. Worth the price? Not really, just get metamucil. It has its novelty factor, but thats about all it has over taking a double or triple dose of metamucil.
