It is statements like this that I am puzzled by. Most people that don't believe in God always preach to others to be open minded, yet they say things like this.

And things like this. If a Christian were to come out and say something to someone that wasn't a Christian similiar to this (that is, something that completely attacked his/her beliefs), they would be accused of "pushing their beliefs onto them" or "shoving their own beliefs down their throat".
I am not trying to make anyone upset, just merely pointing out the way I see it as a Christian.
As for the OP, Jesus talks to me quite often, though not the way you are thinking probably. It is not audible, but on a deeper level. It is really impossible for me to fully explain it, but when He speaks, it is clear.
If you are curious, have you ever tried talking to God? In the New Testament of the Bible Jesus said if you open the door He will come in. So in other words if you genuinely seek Him He will answer you. It may not be the way you want to be answered, and it may not be right away, but He will .

Yes God has spoken to me.
He told me that "F=ma" and " aSb f(x)dx = F(b) - F(a)" were all I need to know and that we should stop looking for God if we want to advance ourselves.

I think what she meant was she had a "Moment of Clarity" where thoughts came to her that normally, she would never ever think about. Life suddenly made sense in some nanosecond-long flash of brilliance that caught her off-guard.
That is what people usually mean when they said, "God spoke to me". No one on earth has heard God's voice.
