They're an odd bunch. There is a certain segment of them who cannot understand why anyone would buy a Japanese or European motorcycle and some of them are downright angry about it. It's as if they think everyone should like what they like or they're somehow un-American.

yeah but your not worthy of the two finger V. It's not the number of waves, it's the quality.
Two fingers? I've been doing it wrong.
Probably not a lot of 2 strokes still on the road.harley guy waved at me and asked me questions about my rd400 just today.

I had a water buffalo that I traded for this. I preferred the Yamaha 2 strokes in the old days. People always love seeing it.
Maybe that's it, my commute starts at 5:50 AM.I ride early in the morning Saturday and Sunday. Typically 5AM-8AM.
Just about everyone waves to each other up to about 7AM. Harleys included.
WackyDan sounds like a Harley rider. :biggrin:Heck. I get shit for riding a Spyder but still, most other riders wave back. Their option and my feelings aren't hurt.

Riding is riding. As long as you are out in the open air enjoying the road and not being an asshole who the fuck cares what you ride?

Does anyone wave to a CanAm rider?
