How does one OC a locked Haswell?
HT isnt physically shut off, it is just turned off by greed and microcode.
I know a guy who used to write BIOS/microcode for CPU's and he knows how to turn it on
Funny how documents are against you.
This is not in microcode, not in BIOS. Its was simply a batch shipped with HT physically enabled and a new version will be released with it shut off. And old versions will keep HT on ofcourse.
