Is it any good trying to find one with remote. What's a good price.

The model you're looking for is the WinTV Theatre. The place I got mine from, and the only place that I know carries it, is mwave.com. The remote's cool. It can control either the TV or the FM tuner. I bought it for about $140 I think.

The WinTV PCI also includes a remote. It's available everywhere (even CrapUSA) for $99, slightly less online. It also has FM Radio and stereo, I'm not sure what additional functionality the Theatre version provides. Check out hauppauge.com if you need more info on models.
