Actually, when I lived in Spokane, Wa, as a teenager, I worked for Dick's Hamburgers. Best, cheapest drive in restaraunt in town. We peeled our own spuds for the fries and made everything fresh. I used to like cooking fries and fish, becaus we could "nibble" on the job.
I think a 1/4lb cheeseburger is still like $.79 or something.
It is actually owned by a man, who would be quite old now, but the name is from his son Dick, who was killed in Vietnam.
