Have you ever been scammed?

I have had pretty good luck for the most part on E Bay,I did get a tuner once and it quit working 30 min. after I got it,I never could get a response from the pwerson I bought it from so I wrote bad feedback against them,then the person wrote me angrty about the bad feedback and said he would take the tuner back if I paid the shipping,I told him that was more than I paid for it so he needed to make me a better offer than that,well never heard from him again,but you can file a complaint with pay pal and if they find it legit they will get you your money back and make them pay for it.

We are all scammed pretty much every day by 100's of companies.

I wouldn't bother to contact the seller for something like that. He didn't manufacture it. Contact the manufacturer.
